Using its local knowledge and international expertise, LTPM provides following services to its clients:\n\n- Investment advisory (joint investment) - We (i) provide advisory services related to investment opportunities and risks in Mongolia, and (ii) invest jointly with our partners in local private businesses, listed securities, and immovable properties.\n\n- Consulting projects - We participate in research and consulting projects by multilateral agencies, including EBRD, ADB and JICA, as a local consultant. Before founding LTPM, he worked for over 10 years in investment related positions. His international working experience includes 2 years as part-time analyst at Russell Investments and 3 years as an equity trader at Deutsche Bank in Tokyo. He worked in the investment department of MCS group, one of the leading business groups in Mongolia, for 2 years. Then he worked as Investment Officer for International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) between 2013 to 2017, where he was in charge of IFC's investments in Mongolia's private sector. \n\nBayar is a visiting lecturer at the University of Finance and Economics since 2012. He was the Chairman of the local CFA volunteer group between 2014 and 2018 in Mongolia and one of the first CFA Charterholders in Mongolia.
